Job Description
We are hiring a Cleaner / Porter to join our team. You will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to keep the buildings looking perfect. To work well in this role you should have basic experience Cleaning.

MAIN JOB TASKS & REQUIREMENTS

Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, stairways and windows
Empty wastebaskets, replenish restroom supplies, replace light bulbs
Undertake occasional custodial and janitorial tasks
Follows all applicable safety rules and procedures
Aid employees and visitors as necessary
You will be expected to perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Physical stamina and dexterity
Ability to complete tasks independently
