Warehouse Supervisor
Our location based in White Plains is seeking a full time Warehouse Supervisor, (Second Shift 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM). In this role, you will oversee shipping and receiving functions, ensuring efficient handling of vendor purchase orders, inbound transfers, customer returns, sales orders, and outbound deliveries. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities for the Role:
- Oversee the execution of receiving vendor purchase orders, inbound company transfers, and customer returns, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Audit received quantities against orders and resolve any discrepancies.
- Manage the picking, packing, and loading of sales orders, customer pickups, and outbound NCBP truck transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Perform daily cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to optimize warehouse operations.
- Direct and guide warehouse staff to maximize performance and efficiency, including compiling and auditing staff timecards.
- Maintain close communication with the White Plains Operations Manager on daily and weekly activities, and enforce operational and personnel policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar warehouse role with at least 1 year in a supervisory position, with a strong understanding of inventory receipt, storage, and auditing.
- Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and performing basic math operations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Wage Range: $60k- $80k annually and additional benefits. In compliance with applicable law, this range is a good faith estimate based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
